Super Eagles and Leganes of Spain defender, Kenneth Omeruo has revealed that Molde FK forward Leke James deserved to have been in the national team set-up for Super Eagles.
Omeruo said that Leke is one player who he really wished was part of the Super Eagles, as he eulogized the qualities of the attacker. The defender alluded that Leke will be his pick in the bunch of players who have not gotten a Super Eagles cap yet.
Showering encomiums on the forward, Omeruo said “we used to be in the camp together at the U-17 World Cup level. He is a very good striker although he didn’t make it through but if I’m asked to pick a striker for the team who is not with us presently I will pick him”, Omeruo revealed
