WHU 0-3 CHE: Chelsea star wins player of the match following brilliant performance

West Ham suffered a disappointing start to the season, losing three consecutive home games for the first time in their history.

The pressure is mounting on manager Julen Lopetegui following another uninspired display that left fans questioning the team's direction.

Chelsea's Jackson was the star of the show, scoring twice in the first half. His first goal came after a cleverly executed free-kick caught West Ham off guard, allowing him to calmly slot the ball past goalkeeper Alphonse Areola.

His second finish, just before halftime, doubled Chelsea’s advantage, leaving the Hammers with a mountain to climb.

Chelsea sealed the win early in the second half when Jackson set up Palmer, who calmly fired past Areola to make it 3-0. The Blues' dominant performance secured their third consecutive away victory, propelling them to second place in the Premier League standings.

West Ham, meanwhile, find themselves languishing in 14th place, a far cry from the form their fans had hoped for. The Hammers managed an expected goals (xG) tally of just 0.87, highlighting their struggles in attack, compared to Chelsea's 2.34.

Nicolas Jackson was awarded the man of the match award after his superb performance against West Ham United, according to the Premier League.

The Ex- Villarreal striker bagged two goals and one assist to help the Blues get a 3-0 win.
