Former Manchester United winger, Jadon Sancho who joined Chelsea team this summer transfer window has recorded two assists to his name.
Sancho who produced the only assist that led to Chelsea's 1-0 win over Bournemouth last week has now given another one in 3-0 win against West Ham at the London stadium.
The English international who was forced out of Old Trafford has now picked his form back as given two assists in two game played this season.
"Two games, two assists for Jadon Sancho since joining Chelsea from Man United in August."
Chelsea beat West Ham 3-0 at the London stadium, Nicolas Jackson scored brace and Cole Palmer with the last strike in the game.
Enzo Maresca has now win three game in a row with Chelsea this season after 2-0 lost to City in the premier league opening fixture.
