The blues have been in the United States in the last couple of weeks doing their pre season under the new boss Enzo Maresca who took charge a few months ago from Mauricio Pochettino.
Among the new acquisitions is Marc Guiu who joined the Barcelona for the west london outfits to try and compete for the number nine spot at the club with the likes of Nicolas Jackson and Armando Broja.
Marc Guiu has been impressive so far in the pre season tour scoring in their recent match against Club America. Maresca recently said that he is happy with the forward and possibly he will not head out on loan for the coming premier league campaign.
The young Spaniard has recently said that he doesn't know if he will go out on loan stating that he thinks he is ready for the English top flight league.
Guiu added that it was a tough decision to leave Barca but he always wanted to play in the premier league and he's working to stay.
