Chelsea star wins man of the match award


The West London based club Chelsea grabbed a much-needed victory after they got a comfortable 2 - 0 win over Swiss side Servette in a crunch encounter between both clubs.

The Blues were dominant all through the match as they emerged victorious in tonight’s first-leg encounter.

Second half goals from Christopher Nkunku(PK) and Noni Madueke secured the home victory for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The English Premier League giants Chelsea were below par in the opening 45 minutes of the game as it ended level between both sides at the interval.

In the second half, The West London based club Chelsea showed their attacking threat as they scored two goals to seal the victory over their opposition.

The home side Chelsea recorded 596 passes, 7 shots on target, 7 shots off target and 90% passing accuracy while Servette recorded 83% passing accuracy, 41% ball possession, 15 shots off target and 20 total shots.

The France and Chelsea attacker Christopher Nkunku was named man of the match for his impressive display in tonight’s UECL encounter.
