Chelsea star has confirmed his departure from Stamford Bridge after agreed personal terms with new club this summer transfer window.
He will be the next Chelsea player to leave the club this summer after medical tests has been booked to complete his move to Serie A side.
Tino Anjorin medical tests has been scheduled to complete his move to Empoli according to Romano Fabrizio reports.
"Tino Anjorin, next player to leave Chelsea as deal has been verbally agreed with Serie A side Empoli.
Permanent move with final details being sorted and then Tino will fly for medical, as Sky Sport reported".
The details of his transfer will be updated later after completing his medical tests and sign contract.
