Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta's response on Raheem Sterling exit from Chelsea

Mikel Arteta has admitted that he has strong feelings for Chelsea exile Raheem Sterling after which he was pull out from Enzo Maresca team.


Enzo Maresca publicly stated that Sterling cannot get any minutes in his team this season which has force the English international to leave Chelsea after he was dumped in the recent matches played.

Arteta worked with the England international during his time as Pep Guardiola’s assistant at Manchester City.

He told reporters: “My time with Raheem was exceptional. We built a really strong relationship together.

“He was unbelievable at that time. He taught me a lot as well, about individuals, how they think, how we support them. He is someone I have really strong feelings about.”
