One Chelsea player was given a full round of applause at Cobham yesterday as he won the bleep test as the Blues returned to full training.

Pre-season officially started at Chelsea yesterday and new head coach Enzo Maresca got down to work putting the players through their paces.

The hard work begins ahead of another long and gruelling season and another manager taking the reigns at Stamford Bridge.

As anyone who plays or who has played football at any level knows, all clubs often bring out the bleep test at the start of pre-season to see where your general fitness is at.

And as you can see from the above video, it was Malo Gusto who was the last man standing and won the bleep test at Chelsea yesterday.

He received a round of applause from team mates and the coaches for the great accomplishment.
