According to David Ornstein, Chelsea have reached an agreement in principle with Atlanta United to sign left back, Caleb Wiley for a transfer fee of £8.5m. The 19-year-old star will sign a seven-year deal and will be loaned to Strasbourg for regular 1st team action.

According to Sky Sports, Tottenham Hotspur have retained interest in Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey. The North London side are exploring a player plus cash deal and Giovani Lo Celso is the player that could be included in the deal. Lo Celso has played under Aston Villa boss Unai Emery before, at Paris Saint Germain and Villarreal.
