After a break of more than two months due to the COVID-19 outbreak, LaLiga Santander and LaLiga Smartbank now have defined dates for their return. What better way to get the action re-started than with the Seville derby between Real Betis and Sevilla FC?
On June 11th the 2019/20 season will resume, with the remaining matchdays to be played between then and the end date of July 19th. A total of eleven rounds of LaLiga Santander and fifteen of LaLiga Smartbank are still to be played. Restart date
The La Liga campaign is set to resume on Thursday, June 11 with the Seville derby between Sevilla and Real Betis, with kick-off set for 9pm.
That marks the beginning of eight continuous days of La Liga football, with the dates until Thursday, 18 June confirmed – which sets things up nicely for the Premier League’s own return, which has the first full weekend beginning the following day.

The game against the Andalusian team at Sánchez Pizjuán is scheduled for Friday, June 19, at 10.00pm CEST, corresponding to week 30 of the season, and then the week 31 fixture against the Basque side will take place at the Camp Nou on Tuesday, June 23, also at 10.00pm CEST.
